Here are two examples of how I use different orders and different shield patterns. After all who wants all their legions to look identical? Each to his own however.

In order to show a difference I did paint half the decal in blue and left the opposite side the original red color. In other legions I will repaint the entire background of red with a new color yet to be determined. Where will I find the color? Simple I will get out my book of Roman art and use colors displayed there. Heck I may do some legions without any pattern just paint the blank shields. I think that works too.
