Arthur having lost so many men in Brittany has to use terrain to his advantage as he is radically out numbered. Arthur with the mian battle line of four legions and some cavalry cover the ridge line. A reserve hidden from site is directly behind him in a depression. This last reserve never say combat in either of the two games as Arthur's Untrained Levy foot soldiers held their own against all enemies to their front.

On Arthur's left was a smaller force of cavalry and infantry also on a second arm of the ridge line. These too would hold in the first game but in the second game the enemy before them were bought off and turned on Mordred! This proved Mordred's undoing and he lost the second demo battle. In this the first battle however, Mordred and Arthur challnged each other and Mordred killed Arthur thus winning the day for the forces of evil.

As always it is interaction of the participatants and visitors that makes miniature gaming fun. Certainly without participants such events would not be remembered muchless so execiting. Such interaction makes it all worth while! Follow the links below for the photos which you can download and view.
