Knight Hack Test Play Pittsburghby Philip J. Viverito
One of the most important aspects of miniature gaming over computer gaming is the exchange of ideas and concepts in our physical world. This I find much more fun than exchanges in the cyber world however sophisticated programs have become. Nothing can beat facing off real face to real face. I suppose when the Borg come down this will all change but until then I defy the Collectives of the Cyber World. In our physical gaming world there are lots of people from many different walks of life. These we meet usually at Conventions or local shops and from these meetings spring some great relationships that bloom into friendships never to be found in the Cyber Collectives. It was my great pleasure to have met Steve Boley and Frank Sciulli several years ago while putting on a Classical Hack demonstration game. Since then Lynne and I have visited Steve and Frank in Pittsburgh to put on games at Steve's house. This is what gaming with miniatures is all about. Exchanges in miniatures and in real life. This page is about our second visit and the pleasures we have enjoyed gaming south of Buffalo.
