Classical Hacking In England December 2007 A.D. - page 3 of 6 Here are some photos from England provided by Allan Fleming and his group. As usual the set up is as good as if not better than what I have done. These are from an event which took place in December 2007. 1. This is an overview of the terrain showing the wall 2. Shows the temple and the slave market 3.The Romans preparing for the attack 4. Fetermanus rides to save the wounded and prisoners. Open images in a new window to view.
5. Fetermanus is ambushed. The Roman cavalry are cut off and destroyed by waves of barbarians riding down from a wooded hill. Should have checked with Pete Panzeri. History just keeps on repeating. 6. The tribes rush towards the wall. The Roman commander starts to react, and orders his legion forward. 7. The Barbarian tribes storm the wall on a broad front. The most aggressive chief being on the western side. 8. However, on the second attempt the barbarians take the eastern side of the wall, causing the defending auxiliary defenders to flee. The flank is wide open (however, it is a long way from the temple and slave girls) |
